Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 or equivalent, preferably in Applied Mathematics, Accounting, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in importation, global freight, inventory, purchasing, or stock calculation is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Data Validation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vendor performance against SLAs, expectations, and timelines.
• Verify vendor invoices align with PO terms.
• Identify and assess risks in vendor and inventory processes.
• Provide feedback and conduct vendor performance reviews.
• Update vendor databases using Microsoft Excel.
• Prepare detailed reports to support management decisions.
• Extract and analyze insights from centralized data with data integrity.
• Support inventory-related analysis and operational reporting as required.
