Job description

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods

Conduct regular stock opname (physical stock counts) and reconcile with system records

Identify and investigate discrepancies between physical stock and system data

Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) to minimize expired or damaged goods

Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Production teams to ensure stock availability

Prepare inventory reports, including stock aging and slow-moving/dead stock analysis

Monitor product expiry dates and coordinate timely disposal or markdown processes

Support internal and external audits related to inventory

About you

Minimum D3/S1 in Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting, or related field

1-3 years of experience in inventory control (F&B/FMCG industry preferred)

Familiar with inventory/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar)

Understanding of FIFO/FEFO stock rotation methods

Strong attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills

Able to work independently and coordinate cross-functionally

Willing to work in a warehouse/plant environment when required
