Job summary

AQUA ELEKTRONIK PRODUCT SERVICE & SUPPORT in Jakarta Pusat is seeking an experienced Inventory SCM professional to manage stock accuracy and warehouse operations. You will coordinate stock movements, perform monthly stock takes, and drive improvements in inventory controls.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Transportation, SCM, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position especially in Inventory SCM.
• Able to speak English.
• Required Skill(s): Warehouse operation, Inventory Management, WMS, TMS, SAP, and Documentation filling.
• Thriving at Microsoft Office (PowerPoint/Excel/Word) and Power BI.
• Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes.
• Able to fast paced/take critical decisions and handle stress.
• Good knowledge and understanding of technical issue.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent Inter‑personal skills, well organized and team player.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring actual stock (stock on hand and stock in transit) according to the system.
• Ensuring and reporting warehouse space utilization data and stock on hand daily.
• Carry out stock taking at central warehouse monthly and analyze discrepancies.
• Make event reports for discrepancies between stock on hand and system data.
• Utilize SAP for tracking inventory movements, generating reports, and managing stock data.
• Operate and manage the Warehouse Management System to track stock levels and oversee warehouse operations.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare monthly stock taking reports.

• Ensuring actual stock (stock on hand and stock in transit which includes product and returned goods) according to the system.
• Ensuring and reporting warehouse space utilization data and stock on hand on a daily basis.
• Carry out stock taking at the central warehouse on a monthly basis- Perform analysis and tracking if there are differences in stock on hand in the warehouse with stock in the system.
• Make an event report if there is a discrepancy between the stock on hand in the warehouse and the stock in the system based on the evidence that has been obtained.
• Utilize SAP for tracking inventory movements, generating reports, and managing stock data. Ensure all inventory transactions are recorded accurately and timely.
• Operate and manage the Warehouse Management System to track stock levels, manage orders, and oversee warehouse operations. Implement best practices for WMS utilization.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Identify and resolve inventory‑related issues and process inefficiencies.
• Make monthly stock taking reports.
