MRE Bali is seeking a confident, motivated Real Estate Agent to join our Bali team. You will handle client inquiries, conduct property viewings and guide buyers from search to handover, building relationships with an international client base.

This full-time role emphasizes strong sales skills, excellent communication, and a proactive, organised approach to achieve individual sales targets and career progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, real estate or a relevant client-facing sales role.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, with confidence communicating with international clients.
• Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, organised and results-driven.
• Own transportation and willingness to travel for property viewings.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming enquiries and qualify potential buyers based on their property requirements, budgets and investment goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
• Present suitable property opportunities and conduct professional property viewings.
• Proactively follow up with prospective buyers and manage your sales pipeline.
• Develop a strong understanding of Bali's property market, developments and investment opportunities.
• Communicate professionally with developers, property owners and business partners.
• Maintain accurate client records, follow-ups and sales activities in our CRM.
• Support negotiations and property transactions in coordination with the senior team.
• Take ownership of client relationships and work towards individual sales targets.
