Job summary

RemoHires is seeking a Lead Generation & Qualification Specialist to support a US real estate wholesaling client. The role focuses on outbound calls, SMS outreach, and qualification of motivated sellers while coordinating with the acquisitions team.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience, strong English communication, and hands-on CRM experience with GoHighLevel, Podio, or REI Reply. This is a fully remote position with overnight Indonesian hours to align with US business timelines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in real estate lead generation or inside sales.
• Experience with US real estate wholesaling or motivated seller outreach is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills for calls with US prospects.
• Experience using CRM systems such as GoHighLevel, Podio, or REI Reply is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads from marketing campaigns and online inquiries.
• Conduct outbound cold calls, send SMS messages, and follow up with homeowners and potential property sellers.
• Qualify leads by assessing seller motivation, property details, condition, asking price, and expected selling timeline.
• Identify motivated sellers whose properties align with the client's acquisition criteria.
• Engage potential buyers when required by the client.
• Schedule appointments or arrange live transfers with the acquisitions manager for qualified leads.
• Handle objections professionally and maintain consistent follow‑ups with prospects.
• Record conversations, lead details, follow‑ups, and outcomes accurately in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the marketing and acquisitions teams to improve lead quality and support the acquisition pipeline.
• Submit daily and weekly reports covering call activity, SMS outreach, qualified leads, appointments, and pipeline progress.
• Attend scheduled online meetings and provide updates on lead progress and operational matters.
