Job summary

PT. Elevate Property Group is seeking an International Guest Relations Specialist to support our premium villas and guest services in Bali.

You will engage with international guests, coordinate with Swiss and European partners, and ensure outstanding service across communication channels and bookings. You should be fluent in English and one or more European languages; international/expatriate candidates are welcome to live and work in Bali, Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, tourism, luxury villas, or customer service.
• Multilingual abilities are a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

We are an international hospitality and technology company operating premium villas and guest services in Bali with strong connections to Switzerland and Europe.

To support our growing operations, we are looking for a Guest Relations Specialist who is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Handle written and phone communication with guests before, during, and after their stay
• Support guests from Indonesia, Switzerland, Germany, and international markets worldwide
• Manage inquiries, bookings, changes, and guest concerns professionally
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, housekeeping, maintenance, management)
• Ensure a smooth, high-quality guest experience at all times
• Fluent in English and German or any other European Languager (French, Spanish, Russian, Italian, and Dutch and etc)
• Additional language skills are a strong advantage
• Open to international / expatriate candidates who are willing to live and work in Bali, Indonesia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong guest-service mindset
• Friendly, professional, confident, and comfortable interacting with international guests
• Organized, reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, luxury villas, property management, guest relations, or customer service is preferred
• Comfortable using digital tools and communication platforms
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays when required
