Job summary

TP in Bali invites a Korean-speaking hospitality professional to join our team on-site five days a week. You will handle calls and emails, upsell hotel properties, and provide accurate product information to Korean and English-speaking guests.

The role requires a Diploma, 1 year of customer-facing experience, and full relocation to Bali with visa sponsorship. Immediate availability is preferred for June 2026 start.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in any major is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or sales (customer-facing).
• Fluent in Korean and English.
• Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset.
• Willing to relocate and work full on-site in Bali 5 days a week.
• Willing to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Immediate availability preferred (June 22, 2026).
