Job summary

Villa Finder seeks a passionate Villa Relationship & Strategy Manager to elevate our Bali villa portfolio. You will own owner relationships, drive revenue management, and guide market strategy to maximize profitability.

You will collaborate with teams across branding, pricing, and distribution, ensuring consistent value for owners and guests while expanding our market reach from Bali.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
• Experience in the Villa rental or Hospitality industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem solving mindset and numbers-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with villa owners, serving as the main point of contact for their needs and concerns.
• Develop and implement data-driven pricing strategies tailored to each villa’s positioning to maximize profitability.
• Monitor revenue and occupancy across villas to identify growth opportunities and revenue gaps.
• Lead the positioning of each villa by defining its ideal guest and unique selling points across visuals, listings, pricing, reviews, and marketing.
• Lead the distribution strategy across direct channels and OTAs, collaborating with the wider team for brand alignment across channels.
• Train and support colleagues by sharing knowledge on our villas, products and services; propose process improvements.

Your Mission

Owner relations

Build and maintain strong relationships with villa owners, serving as the main point of contact for their needs and concerns.

Understand and anticipate the unique requirements and preferences of each villa (owner) to provide personalized service.

Understand and communicate on market and industry trends.

Revenue Management

Develop and implement data-driven pricing strategies tailored to each villa’s unique positioning, target market, and performance trends to maximize profitability.

Anticipate market shifts & industry trends and adjust pricing models, promotions, and strategies to ensure our villas remain competitive.

Monitor revenue and occupancy across villas to identify growth opportunities and revenue gaps.

Provide villa owners with detailed revenue analyses, performance reports, projections, and actionable strategic plans.

Lead the positioning of each villa by identifying its ideal guest, defining its unique selling points, and ensuring these are consistently reflected across visuals, listings, pricing, reviews, and marketing.

Lead the distribution strategy across direct channels and OTAs.

Collaborate with the wider team to ensure consistent brand positioning and revenue alignment across channels.

Develop great relationships with our distributors.

Team support

Be proactive and supportive. Help to solve issues and villa complaints.

Train and support colleagues by sharing knowledge on our villas, products and services

Shared ideas about process improvements

About You

Fluent in English and Indonesian. Other languages are a Plus.

Experience in the Villa rental or Hospitality industry.

Experience in Marketing Strategy is a big Plus.

Great verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem solving mindset.

At ease with numbers.

Loves to bring new ideas to the table.

Independent and self-driven.

Good with time management.
