Job summary

Sinarmas World Academy is seeking an IT Support professional to maintain and improve our office technology. You will set up laptops and printers, install software, and troubleshoot issues to keep staff productive across sites as the company expands.

Ideal candidates have hands-on hardware and software experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while communicating clearly with team members and vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Experience in IT support/operations covering hardware and software.
• Hands-on experience setting up laptops, printers, and office IT equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and proactive, hands-on approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
• Good communication skills, able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and maintain hardware such as laptops, printers, and other office equipment
• Install, update, and troubleshoot software across company devices
• Support IT infrastructure for new projects, including setup for new sites/offices as the company expands
• Handle day-to-day IT troubleshooting and provide technical support to staff
• Manage network setup and basic maintenance (Wi-Fi, LAN, connectivity issues)
• Maintain IT inventory (hardware, software licenses, accessories)
• Coordinate with vendors/technicians for repairs or equipment procurement when needed
