Job summary

Hebe Beauty Indonesia is seeking an IT Support Technician to monitor and maintain on‑premise servers (Linux and Windows) and manage IT assets in a busy office environment.

You will support network infrastructure, CCTV systems, NAS storage, and collaborate with vendors. The role includes onboarding/offboarding laptops and maintaining comprehensive IT documentation while providing user assistance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows & Linux operating systems, software installation, and troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts such as Wi‑Fi, LAN, IP address, and internet connectivity.
• Familiar with laptop/desktop setup, maintenance, and peripheral devices.
• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Good communication skills and comfortable assisting users with technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain on-premise servers running on Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Perform computer hardware and software maintenance, troubleshooting, and IT asset management.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including ISP connections, firewalls, switches, access points, LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS servers, and DHCP/static IP configurations.
• Monitor and maintain CCTV systems to ensure smooth live streaming, as well as manage and maintain NAS storage for users.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and provide recommendations for IT products, equipment, and solutions based on user and business needs.
• Create and maintain IT documentation, including SOPs, technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, network/infrastructure documentation, audit reports, and IT work reports.
• Prepare and set up laptops for new employees and conduct device and IT asset checks during employee offboarding.
