Job summary

Asetku is seeking an IT Officer to prioritize and resolve IT support requests, and to purchase, manage, install, and maintain IT hardware, software, and related equipment. The role also includes coordinating with external providers and handling quotations and reporting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, 1–2 years’ IT support experience, and strong problem solving, organization, and time management skills; ISO/IEC 27001 familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field.
• 1–2 years of IT Support/Officer experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and hardware.
• Experience with troubleshooting and software installation.
• Familiarity with information security standards (ISO/IEC 27001) is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT Support, IT Officer, System Administrator, or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
• Familiarity with Information Security standards and frameworks, particularly ISO/IEC 27001, is a plus.
