Job summary

PT Arianto Darmawan is seeking a Sales Engineer based in Jakarta to drive technical sales across multiple divisions. You will visit client sites, assess requirements, and propose tailored solutions for resins, burners, and lubricants.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits to assess client technical requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
• Provide technical consultations and recommend product solution based on client specifications and project needs.
• Prepare detailed proposals including technical specifications, pricing, and ROI analysis.
• Participate in tender processes and competitive bidding for industrial equipment projects.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Oversee project delivery from contract award through installation and commissioning (for project-based products).
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting throughout equipment lifespan.
• Identify spare parts needs and upsell opportunities with existing clients.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular communication and site visits.
• Track sales pipeline, prepare reports, and achieve individual sales targets.

• Chemical Engineering background: Resins
• Electrical Engineering background: Burners and Electrical
• General engineering / IPA background: Lubricants and oils
