Job summary

JD Industrials, the industrial supply chain business of JD.com, is expanding its Indonesian SMB sales team to sign and grow local manufacturers, distributors and hardware stores.

The role develops and manages Indonesian SMB accounts, conducts client visits, negotiates deals and drives new business while collaborating with fulfillment and product teams to ensure seamless procurement and fulfillment for industrial clients.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia for business negotiation.
• Chinese language is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Indonesian SMB accounts across manufacturers, distributors and hardware stores.
• Conduct client visits, identify MRO needs and manage proposals, quotes, contracts and orders.
• Drive new client signings and grow existing accounts to hit SMB sales targets.
• Collect market insights and feedback to support product and policy iterations.
• Coordinate with fulfillment and supply chain to resolve orders and deliveries.
• Maintain CRM data, sales pipeline and visit records; submit reports.
