Job summary

Schaeffler Indonesia is seeking a seasoned sales leader to manage the distributor network and drive regional growth in the Indonesian market. You will develop channels, lead negotiations, and promote the company’s product portfolio to key end customers.

The role requires extensive experience in industrial distribution, strong leadership, and excellence in communication and customer relations across cultures. This is a full-time on-site position in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Qualified engineer with a degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent training.
• Minimum 10 years working experiences in Industrial sectors and minimum 5 years’ experience in distribution or channel management.
• Industry-specific and customer know-how, sales experience and knowledge of field sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage and promote the product portfolio through distributors.
• Achieve sales and profit targets for the Distribution Business in Indonesia.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and end customers.
• Increase market share through distributors and end-user sales.
• Support distributors in winning contracts with their customers.
• Organize product and technical seminars with Marketing and MRO Sales teams.
