Job summary

JD Industrials, the industrial supply chain business of JD.com, seeks an energetic SMB sales professional for Indonesia. You will develop and manage Indonesian SMB accounts, including small manufacturers and distributors, conducting visits, negotiations and follow-ups to close deals.

You will drive new client signings, monitor the sales pipeline, and share market insights to support local product and policy iterations while coordinating with fulfillment teams for smooth order flow.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia for business negotiation.
• Chinese language is a strong plus.
• Hard requirement: existing local Indonesian SMB industrial customer/resources.
• Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience in Indonesia, MRO/industrial goods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Indonesian SMB accounts, including small & medium manufacturers and distributors.
• Conduct client visits, negotiations, proposals, and order follow-up.
• Drive new client signings and grow transaction volume.
• Collect market insights and support product/policy iterations.
• Coordinate with fulfillment and supply chain to resolve issues.
• Maintain sales pipeline and visit records; submit reviews.
