Job summary

STARPATH GLOBAL Aerospace seeks a Regional Business Development Manager for Indonesia to join the Jakarta team. This full-time, on-site role drives growth with government and enterprise clients for satellite data and AI-powered geospatial solutions.

You will own Indonesia market development, build strategic partnerships, and lead sales from lead generation to contract closure while coordinating with regional teams and China HQ to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
Experience developing government and enterprise clients in Indonesia.
Strong English communication; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities across Indonesia, focusing on government and enterprise clients.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, government agencies, strategic partners, and stakeholders.
Drive sales of satellite data, remote sensing, and geospatial solutions from lead generation to contract closure.
Conduct market and competitor analysis and develop localized go-to-market strategies and sales plans.
Prepare business proposals and presentations, lead client discussions, and support commercial negotiations.
Coordinate with regional teams and China headquarters to support project delivery and update sales pipeline.
