PointStar seeks a driven Data Consulting Specialist in Indonesia to lead commercial growth across data consulting and cloud analytics. You will identify and close client opportunities spanning data strategy, BI, data warehousing, and AI-driven analytics, engaging C-suite stakeholders to articulate ROI and transform operations.

You will work with Google Cloud products (BigQuery, Looker, Dataplex) and other cloud platforms, shaping SOWs with pre-sales and delivery teams, and driving revenue growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Business/Data Analytics.
• 7–10+ years in B2B tech sales of data consulting or cloud data platforms.
• Proven revenue target attainment at senior exec level.
• Experience with Google Cloud or cloud data solutions is highly preferred.
• Ability to originate and close complex consulting deals independently.
• Strong GTM and advisory selling capabilities in Indonesian market.
• Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute GTM and commercial strategy for data analytics in Indonesia.
• Lead end-to-end data consulting sales cycles from discovery to closure.
• Conduct C‑suite advisory sessions to assess client needs.
• Maintain knowledge of modern data stack and cloud solutions (Google Cloud).
• Articulate ROI and business impact of analytics transformations.
• Draft SOWs with pre‑sales and delivery teams and manage scope.
• Own pipeline, forecast revenue, and manage CRM data.
• Stay informed on market trends and new cloud technologies.
