Job summary

PT AiJOY Home Technology Indonesia is seeking a senior sales leader to establish and run our omni-channel sales system in Indonesia. You will drive regional targets, expand local markets, and manage the regional sales team, ensuring compliant and stable business operations.

You will oversee both offline and online channels, develop local strategies, and coordinate marketing activities to grow revenue and market share in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Proficient in both Chinese and Indonesian, with fluent speaking and skilled reading and writing abilities.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management.
• At least 3 years of working experience in sales and channel development in the local Indonesian market.
• Omni-channel (online and offline) sales operations experience.
• Able to be stationed in Indonesia for long-term work.

Responsibilities

• Develop a localized omni-channel sales strategy with targets and plans for Indonesia.
• Expand offline channels including distributors, stores, and partnerships.
• Develop new customers and manage end-to-end offline orders.
• Coordinate offline marketing, promotions and exhibitions.
• Oversee online channels operation, listings, promotions and customer acquisition.
• Manage and train the local sales team and report to HQ.
• Analyze regional sales data and submit reports.
• Control contract signing, order follow-ups and AR collection to ensure compliant operations.
