Health & Happiness (H&H) Group is seeking a Senior Digital Commerce Manager for Indonesia, based in Jakarta. You will drive profitable growth across marketplaces and social commerce, owning P&L, strategy, and execution with the Indonesia business partner.

This role reports to Senior Manager, Digital Commerce SEA and requires strong commercial acumen and cross-functional leadership. In this partner-led setting you will shape annual plans, oversee performance governance, and scale capabilities in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in digital commerce with proven growth in marketplaces and social commerce.
• Strong P&L management, planning, forecasting and stakeholder management.
• Deep understanding of growth levers across marketing, content and platform operations.
• Analytical, collaborative and able to work in a fast-paced partner-led model.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own Indonesia digital commerce P&L and drive profitable growth.
• Develop annual business plans, forecasts and commercial strategies.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities with data-driven decision making.
• Provide strategic leadership and align with the Indonesia business partner.
• Lead market reviews, governance and growth initiatives across channels.
• Shape pricing, assortment, media investment and promotional mechanics.
