Qualifications

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or commercial management.
• Proven track record in driving revenue and building customer relationships.
• Fluent in English for regular HQ communication.
• Familiarity with Indonesia's business environment and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and expand the customer base in Indonesia.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels.
• Lead and support Indonesia-based commercial staff.
• Work closely with HQ teams and translate HQ strategy into local execution.
