Job summary

KBR Indonesia is seeking a Director of Operations & Business Development to lead and oversee all Indonesian operations, drive growth, ensure governance, compliance, and stakeholder alignment.

The role balances client engagement, proposals for major projects, and leadership of local teams, while representing KBR in industry forums. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; 15–20 years of experience with at least 8 in senior leadership in Oil & Gas, LNG, Energy or EPC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
• 15–20 years of professional experience, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership/management role.
• Proven experience in Oil & Gas, LNG, Energy, EPC, or related industries.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Lead strategic client engagement activities and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Provide overall leadership and oversight of Indonesia operations and governance.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations and company policies; manage licenses and permits.
