DHC Partners seeks a driven Service Sales Manager to oversee sales and lifecycle service operations across Indonesia. You will build strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and lead service engineers while collaborating with multiple departments to optimize performance.

The role requires at least 5 years in Oil & Gas sales/services, with offshore/onshore experience and QA/QC/API familiarity. Strong leadership and strategic thinking are essential for success.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of Sales, Marketing, and Services experience in Oil & Gas.
• Experience with offshore and onshore operations.
• Familiarity with QA/QC standards and API specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and oversee sales and service operations in Indonesia.
• Grow customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Lead lifecycle services and aftermarket activities.
• Coach service engineers and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate pricing, market strategies, and proposals with leadership.
• Ensure timely delivery, billing accuracy, and reporting on revenue and growth.
