Job summary

CyberServal is seeking an Indonesia Country Manager to lead market entry and drive business development, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives in Indonesia. You will promote Qingzhui DDR, Saluzi ADR, and Baitiwu XDR/EDR while building a sustainable local presence.

Responsibilities include developing a sales roadmap, engaging enterprise customers across sectors, and building a partner ecosystem with SI/distributors/MSSPs. Collaboration with China teams will localize messaging and demos.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cybersecurity or enterprise software sales.
• 3+ years in country management or channel leadership.
• Proven B2B security solutions sales to Indonesian enterprises.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Indonesia market entry and sales roadmap.
• Identify and engage potential customers across finance, e-commerce, internet, manufacturing, government, and enterprise sectors.
• Build and manage a local partner ecosystem with SI, distributors, MSSPs, and consulting partners.
• Promote CyberServal’s core products: Qingzhui DDR, Saluzi ADR, Baitiwu XDR/EDR, and data security consulting services.
• Lead end-to-end sales activities from prospecting to contract closure and revenue delivery.
• Collaborate with product teams in China to localize messaging, demos, and customer success plans.
• Monitor Indonesia’s regulatory landscape and translate insights into business plans.
• Represent CyberServal at industry events and customer meetings.
• Build a high-performing local team over time in sales, pre-sales, and customer success.
