Job summary

Stellar Cyber is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Indonesia to steer the regional commercial strategy, manage distributors and partners, and drive revenue growth for our AI-driven cybersecurity platform.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in technology sales with a track record of beating targets, 2–3 years in cybersecurity, a four-year degree, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Startup experience and willingness to travel are a plus.

Qualifications

3 years of experience in technology sales with a track record of exceeding targets.
2–3 years of cybersecurity experience.
Complex solution sales in SaaS/PaaS/IaaS or Networking is a plus.
Four-year degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
Demonstrated ability to articulate Stellar Cyber's value proposition.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

Development of commercial strategy for the region.
Strategy with Distributors and Partners, Channel management and Marketing development.
Development of plans for business verticals and business development.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets by closing new accounts and growing revenue.
Increase revenue in assigned regions/territories by identifying and developing opportunities for direct sales or partnerships.
