Job summary

Avensys Consulting Pte Ltd. is seeking a Sales Head to steer the IT solutions business in Indonesia. You will define local market strategy, lead a high-performing sales team, and own revenue quotas while representing the company’s commercial interests locally.

Responsibilities include developing a 3-year country plan, driving pipeline and forecast accuracy, and mentoring Account Executives, Sales Managers, and SDRs. You will engage major enterprise accounts and shape pricing discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent advanced business degree highly preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years in IT/Technology sales with 5+ years in leadership.
• Deep understanding of the Indonesian B2B market and local sales cycles.
• Proven track record of multi-million-dollar quotas and leading in-country teams.
• Native/local language plus professional English proficiency; PR required.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a 3-year country sales plan and annual GTM strategy.
• Own and exceed country revenue targets and manage the full sales cycle.
• Drive pipeline, forecast accuracy, and CRM hygiene (e.g., Salesforce).
• Lead and mentor in-country sales organization including AE, Sales Managers, SDRs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product roadmaps with market needs.
• Engage top enterprise accounts as executive sponsor.
