Job summary

Medor.id is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth with corporate accounts in Indonesia. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with senior decision-makers, and tailor cybersecurity/IT solutions to client needs.

The role requires strong B2B sales skills, a network with enterprise clients, and ability to coordinate with presales and delivery teams to craft proposals, negotiate, and close deals while maintaining long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
• Experience selling cybersecurity, IT solutions, cloud services, ERP, or other tech products.
• Strong network with corporate/enterprise decision-makers.
• Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new opportunities among corporate/enterprise clients.
• Build relationships with senior management and key accounts.
• Meet clients to understand challenges and objectives.
• Translate client needs into customized solutions with internal teams.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Develop account strategies to expand relationships and cross-sell.
• Present complex solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with presales, technical, and product teams on proposals.
• Maintain active sales pipeline and provide forecasts.
• Aim for targets while sustaining long-term client satisfaction.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitors.
