Job summary

Ridge Security in Indonesia is seeking an Account Sales Manager focused on the financial services sector to drive new customer acquisition and account growth across banks, insurers, fintech, and other institutions.

The ideal candidate is proactive, self-driven, and capable of owning the full sales motion from prospecting to close, leveraging relationships and outbound execution to expand Ridge Security's presence in Indonesia's financial services vertical.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity.
• Experience selling cybersecurity platforms, pentesting, CTEM, or MSS.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the account sales strategy for financial institutions across Indonesia.
• Drive new logo acquisition and account expansion across enterprise and mid-market customers.
• Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline through direct prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach.
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement through contract close.
• Establish reference customers and long-term relationships in key target verticals.
• Identify, onboard, and enable channel and strategic partners in the region.
• Represent Ridge Security in executive meetings, regional events, and partner engagements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales engineering, product, marketing, and leadership to ensure successful deal execution and customer outcomes.
