Job summary

Zealant Consulting Group is seeking a hands-on sales leader to drive revenue growth in Indonesia. You will own the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing contracts, engaging HR leaders, CMOs, and procurement teams.

You will build a repeatable market expansion approach, lead cross-functional deals, and coach the Indonesia sales team as the business scales. Travel within Indonesia is expected.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of B2B sales experience, including enterprise SaaS or technology solutions in Indonesia.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and acquiring enterprise customers.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles with procurement, legal and technology teams.
• Strong network among enterprise decision-makers in HR, marketing, loyalty, or digital business.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales cycle—from identifying opportunities and engaging decision-makers to negotiating and closing contracts.
• Identify priority industries, customer segments, and accounts; build qualified pipeline with quarterly and annual targets.
• Lead discovery meetings, deliver demonstrations and proposals with solution specialists.
• Develop business cases, manage RFPs, and oversee commercial negotiations.
• Collaborate with marketing, alliances, and product teams; represent the company at events and customer meetings.
• Coach and develop the Indonesia sales team; establish goals, accountability, and performance expectations.
