Job summary

Restaurant Angke Group is seeking an Import & Customs Operations Staff to support our logistics and import activities in Indonesia. You will review PIB and other customs documents, coordinate with PPJK, warehouses, and freight forwarders, and ensure timely clearance and compliant processes.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in freight forwarding, import-export, or customs roles, with strong Indonesian regulations knowledge.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma with 5+ years in freight forwarding, logistics, import-export, or customs environment.
Strong understanding of Indonesian import-export regulations and customs procedures.
Experience reviewing PIB and other customs documents.
Experience coordinating with PPJK, freight forwarders, warehouses, and customs authorities.

Responsibilities

Review and verify import documentation, including PIB and supporting customs documents.
Coordinate with PPJK, freight forwarders, and customs-related parties for efficient clearance.
Monitor import and export shipments and ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations.
Liaise with warehouses regarding goods receiving, inventory coordination, and deliveries to customers.
Ensure all import/export documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Follow up on shipment status and resolve operational issues related to logistics and customs clearance.
Communicate with internal departments and external service providers to support supply chain activities.
Maintain proper records and reports related to import, export, and customs operations.
