Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Service Delivery Administrator to support the service delivery team in a hybrid Indonesia-based role. You will coordinate client communications, updates to contracts, and incident reporting while ensuring adherence to processes and client satisfaction across accounts.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, aspiring ITIL knowledge, and strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.

• Administer client complaints managed by the service delivery team.
• Coordinate updates for contracted accounts and ensure timely changes.
• Meet deliverables using approved SLAs and KPIs.
• Gather information to satisfy client requirements.
• Coordinate meetings with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Produce and update client and internal service reports.
