Responsibilities

• Provide project administrative support to project teams, including meeting notes and meeting room logistics.
• Ensure delivery aligns with the as-sold solution, while meeting quality and client satisfaction.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to track budget and expenditures.
• Maintain and update weekly active project lists for stakeholders.
• Prepare resource utilization reports and assist with resource allocation.
• Support project planning and calendar maintenance; assist with invoices and PO processing.
