Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Service Delivery Administrator to support the service delivery team, coordinate administrative tasks, and liaise with clients and stakeholders. The role emphasizes adherence to processes and maintaining high client satisfaction, under supervision of experienced colleagues.

Hybrid working arrangement is offered. Candidates should have a relevant high school diploma with vocational training and are encouraged to pursue ITIL certification.

Qualifications

• Relevant high school diploma in addition to vocational training.
• Working towards completion of an ITIL certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures administration of client complaints managed by the service delivery team.
• Supports management of updates for contracted accounts and facilitates timely implementation of standard changes.
• Ensures achievement of deliverables using best practices against SLAs and KPIs.
• Coordinates meetings with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Maintains accuracy of operations/ manuals and publishes updates to stakeholders.
