Job summary

PT Transmedic Indonesia in Jakarta is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage monthly payroll, tax calculations, and related HR admin tasks. You will ensure compliance with Indonesian payroll regulations, BPJS Health/Manpower contributions, and annual tax reporting while supporting manpower budgeting and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of payroll activities for Indonesia, month end closing for compensation and benefit accounting, BPJS Health/Manpower contribution, defined pension benefit plan, monthly and annual employment taxes.
• Verify and compute monthly overtime, deduction, and other remuneration.
• Calculate and process monthly payroll and income tax PPH 21 accurately and timely.
• Manage Statutory Financial Statements and Tax Authorities audits related to payroll and employment tax processes.
• Maintain HR filing and employee database
• Analyze manpower cost
• Coordinate with Business Unit Head on budgeting and forecasting of manpower
• Set up and calculate incentive / commission schemes for payout
• Prepare payroll, tax and other HR regular and yearly reporting
• Lead business process streamlining and governance to improve efficiency and controls.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to provide payroll expertise

Payroll Specialist (HR & Admin - Jakarta)

Position Overview

The Payroll Specialist reports to Operations Director, prepare and report monthly payroll. This includes calculating and processing monthly remmuneration, over time / case incentive / sales commission into payroll software, ensuring tax and statutory payment and report are accurate and in timely manner. The role will also do manpower budgeting and performing related administrative tasks and analysis as needed.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of payroll activities for Indonesia, month end closing for compensation and benefit accounting, BPJS Health/Manpower contribution, defined pension benefit plan, monthly and annual employment taxes.
• Responsible for verifying and computing monthly over time, deduction, and other remuneration
• Calculating and processing monthly payroll and income tax PPH 21 accurately and in timely manner
• Manage Statutory Financial Statement and Tax Authorities audits relating to payroll and employment tax processes.
• Maintain HR filing and employee database
• Anaylzing manpower cost
• Coordinate with Business Unit Head on budgeting and forecasting of manpower
• Incentive / commission scheme set up and calculation for payout
• Preparing payroll, tax and other HR regular and yearly reporting
• Lead business process streamlining and re-engineering of work efficiency, improve governance and controls.
• Position requires strong collaboration and communication, working with cross functional teams to provide expertise on payroll matters.
• Any other tasks / projects that may be assigned from time to time
