Qualifications

• Strong understanding of payroll processing, taxes, and compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work remotely and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state payroll accurately on a bi-weekly/monthly basis.
• Calculate, withhold, and remit payroll taxes correctly.
• Manage onboarding processes related to payroll setup.
• Process terminations, deductions, and garnishments.
• Reconcile payroll reports and ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain payroll records in HRIS and respond to inquiries.
