Job summary

PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is seeking a Payroll Officer for our Cikarang manufacturing site to oversee monthly payroll processing for plant employees. The role includes BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan reporting, private insurance coordination, and payroll analysis.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field, with 3–5 years of payroll experience, preferably in electronics or manufacturing, and strong HRIS and Advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, HR, or related field.
• 3–5 years payroll experience, preferably in electronics or manufacturing.
• Hands-on proficiency with HRIS software and advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas).
• Deep understanding of Indonesian Labor Laws, PPh 21, and shift‑allowance structures.
• Strong leadership skills for high-volume data management under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end monthly payroll processing for manufacturing plant employees.
• Manage BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan reporting, calculations, and compliance.
• Coordinate enrollment, updates, and claims processing for private corporate insurance vendors.
• Perform labor cost evaluations, variance analysis, and headcount cost reporting.
• Administer local manufacturing compensation structures, shift allowances, and benefits programs.
• Maintain and optimize employee data accuracy within HRIS software.
