Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of proven IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person assistance.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and resolve problems.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment including printers and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access across systems.
