Job summary

PT Berkah Tangerang Ops is seeking an IT Support professional to install, configure, and maintain networks and network equipment across multiple store branches in Tangerang. You will provide technical support, monitor systems, manage user access, and implement disaster recovery measures.

The role requires experience with LAN/WiFi/Mikrotik, Active Directory, and retail POS hardware. Shift work and on-site travel to stores are expected, with immediate joining preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-3 years in IT support or infrastructure management.
• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, networking (LAN/WiFi/Mikrotik), and Windows OS.
• Experience with Active Directory, user management, and access control systems.
• Backup and disaster recovery solutions experience.
• Familiar with retail equipment: thermal printers, barcode scanners, cash drawers, and POS systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willing to work in shifts/on-call and travel to store branches.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain networks and network equipment for performance and security.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
• Monitor networks and infrastructure to identify and fix issues before operations are affected.
• Manage user accounts, access controls, and permissions per security policies.
• Perform regular backups and implement disaster recovery procedures.
• Assist with procurement and deployment of IT hardware and software solutions.
• Respond to IT incidents and service requests promptly and professionally.
