Job summary

Qualifications

Good understanding of computers, operating systems and basic networking.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and remote support tools.
Ability to diagnose and fix hardware or software issues.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
