Job summary

PT PCPartner Technology Indonesia is seeking an IT staff to support our company IT infrastructure, network, systems and daily operations in Batam. You will maintain connectivity, troubleshoot issues and ensure availability and security of IT services.

We value hands-on problem solving, a 1-year IT background, and familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory. Mandarin communication is required, and you’ll join a team that supports growth and professional development.

Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, information systems or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support, Network Administration or a similar position.
Good understanding of LAN, IP, network infrastructure and basic IT security.
Familiar with Microsoft 365, Active Directory and IT troubleshooting, as well as hardware, software, network devices and other IT peripherals.
Good troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to communicate in Mandarin, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and monitoring of the network.
Perform the installation, configuration and maintenance of several IT equipment.
Perform troubleshooting and resolve network-related issues.
Detect, prevent and address malware, viruses and other IT security threats.
Maintain office IT equipment and network ports.
