Job summary

PT Bio Sarana Indonesia is seeking an Agricultural Sales Representative in Bogor for a full-time hybrid role. You will identify new business opportunities with farmers and distributors, visit customers in the field, and provide product guidance and after-sales support.

You will also prepare sales proposals, negotiate terms, and track market trends while collaborating with internal teams to train staff and report on activities.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a proven capacity to meet or exceed targets.
• Knowledge of agriculture, agronomy, or related fields and the ability to understand farmers’ needs.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build long-term customer relationships.
• Organizational and time-management skills to plan field visits and manage accounts.
• Basic proficiency in using digital tools for reporting and online communication.
• Ability to work independently in the field and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Bogor and surrounding areas.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business, or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in the field and present product benefits and usage.
• Provide technical guidance on agricultural solutions and after-sales support.
• Prepare sales proposals and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities and report findings.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management and coordinate with internal teams for training.
