Job summary

PT Zentide Bioteknologi Global is seeking a Field Assistant to drive end-to-end sales of fertilizer and biostimulant products in Lombok, Bima, Temanggung, Kediri. You will prospect, present proposals, and close deals with farmers, retailers, and distributors.

You will collaborate with production and logistics teams, generate monthly sales reports, and travel regularly to implement demand creation activities and ensure orders run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Magister in Agriculture, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of Sales experience and agronomy background.
• Must own a motorcycle, SIM C, and be able to ride.
• Fluent in local language; able to travel across regions.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales cycle for fertilizer and biostimulant products.
• Execute demand creation activities in targeted sales areas.
• Develop and maintain relationships with farmers, retailers, distributors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present product information and sales proposals to clients.
• Manage sales administration, orders, and sales data records.
• Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure smooth orders.
• Respond to product complaints and resolve issues in the field.
• Prepare detailed monthly sales reports.
