PT Multi Farmindo Jaya is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive sales growth and expand market presence for our agricultural portfolio. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets across Indonesia.

The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proven track record in sales within agriculture, and the willingness to travel across the country.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field.
• Proven sales track record in agriculture or related industries.
• Strong Indonesian market knowledge and network.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Willingness to travel across Indonesia.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet quotas.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via market research.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Present and demonstrate product features to customers.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and activity plans.
• Coordinate with marketing, production, logistics to fulfill orders.
• Attend industry events to promote products and networks.
• Provide post-sales support and address inquiries promptly.
