Job summary

PT Multi Farmindo Jaya is seeking a driven Sales Executive to grow sales and expand market presence across Indonesia. You will build strong customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and work toward ambitious sales targets in the agricultural product portfolio.

You will develop strategic plans, present products, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with marketing, production, and logistics to ensure satisfaction and timely order fulfillment. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within agricultural or related industries.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian agricultural market is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or with a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
• Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed quotas.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders.
• Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to prospective and existing customers.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, production, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient order fulfillment.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and build professional networks.
• Provide excellent post-sales support and address customer inquiries or issues promptly.
