Job summary

PT Zentide Bioteknologi Global is seeking a Field Assistant to drive sales of our fertilizer and biostimulant products in Lombok, Bima, Temanggung, Kediri. You will manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing with farmers, retailers, and distributors.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in sales or agronomy, can ride a motorcycle with SIM C, and communicate effectively in the local language while willing to travel for fieldwork across Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Magister in Agriculture, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 1+ year in Sales or Agronomy roles is preferred.
• Able to ride a motorcycle and hold SIM C; local language fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales cycle for fertilizer and biostimulant products from prospecting to closing.
• Carry out demand creation activities in targeted sales areas (demonstrations, farmer meetings, promos).
• Build and maintain relationships with farmers, retailers, distributors and stakeholders.
• Present product information and sales proposals to potential clients.
• Handle sales administration including orders, data tracking and records.
• Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure smooth order flow.
• Respond to product complaints and resolve issues in the field.
• Prepare detailed monthly sales reports.
