Job summary

PT Zentide Bioteknologi Global is seeking a Field Assistant to drive the end-to-end sales process for our fertilizer and biostimulant products. You will manage activities across Lombok, Bima, Temanggung, Kediri, coordinating with production and logistics to ensure on-time deliveries.

The role focuses on building strong relationships with farmers and distributors, executing demand creation events, and delivering monthly sales reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Agronomy.
• Must be able to ride a motorcycle and hold SIM C.
• Fluency in the local language is required.
• Capable of working independently and with field teams.
• Willing to travel for fieldwork within Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales cycle for fertilizer and biostimulant products from prospecting to closing deals.
• Conduct demand creation activities in targeted areas (plots, farmer meetings, promos).
• Develop and maintain relationships with farmers, retailers, distributors, and stakeholders.
• Present product information and sales proposals to potential clients.
• Handle sales administration, orders, and data records accurately.
• Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure smooth orders.
• Respond to product complaints and resolve issues in your area.
• Prepare detailed monthly sales reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales cycle for our fertilizer and biostimulant products, from prospecting to closing deals.
• Execute demand creation activities in targeted sales areas (demonstration plots, farmer meetings, one day promos, etc.)
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers, retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and present product information and sales proposals to potential clients.
• Manage sales administration efficiently, including processing orders, tracking sales data, and maintaining accurate records.
• Work closely with our internal teams (like production and logistics) to make sure orders run smoothly.
• Respond to product complaints and find effective solutions for any issues in your area.
• Prepare detailed monthly sales reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Magister from Agriculture, Marketing, Communications or any relevant major are welcome to apply.
• Minimum 1-year experience in Sales, and Agronomist.
• Able to ride a motorcycle, own a personal motorcycle, and have SIM C.
• Fluent in the local language is a must.
• Able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with field teams and farmers.
• Highly adaptable, eager to learn, and passionate about sustainable agriculture and farmer empowerment in Indonesia.
• Will be placed in Kediri and travel to other regions for fieldwork.
