Job summary

Daikin Indonesia is seeking a result-oriented Technical Sales Specialist to develop and maintain relationships with MEP and engineering consultants, promoting Daikin HVAC products to secure specifications in project designs. You will deliver technical presentations, product trainings, and engineering consultations while aligning solutions with customer requirements.

During design stages you will provide product selection support, technical documentation, drawings, and calculations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in HVAC, MEP, technical sales, or consulting preferred.
Good understanding of HVAC systems and basic MEP design principles.
Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Willing to travel for customer visits and activities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with MEP and engineering consultants and other project stakeholders
Promote Daikin HVAC products to secure specifications in project designs
Conduct technical presentations, product trainings, and seminars
Provide technical consultation and recommend HVAC solutions that meet requirements
Support design stage with product selection, technical documentation, drawings, and calculations
Monitor project developments and identify specification opportunities to maximize business potential
Prepare and maintain consultant visit reports, project pipelines, and market intelligence
Support specification, tender, and project activities to strengthen Daikin's market presence
