Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical discipline.
• 2+ years of HVAC, Refrigeration, or Controls/BMS experience.
• Good English communication and writing skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about meeting clients and developing new business opportunities.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
• Knowledge of network protocols (e.g., Modbus, Bacnet).
• Proficient with PC and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and customer visits.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and technical solutions.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents in collaboration with the internal team.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, negotiations, and sales opportunities to achieve targets.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Service, and Operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
• Build long-term partnerships with customers by delivering excellent service and after-sales support.
