Daikin Indonesia is seeking a results-driven Project Sales Manager to oversee the full sales cycle for Daikin HVAC projects, supporting dealers and coordinating with contractors, consultants, and owners.

You will develop new project leads, verify specifications, present solutions, and report progress to management. This role requires travel to sites and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Formación

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.
• Willing to travel and conduct site visits as required.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop project opportunities to drive sales growth for Daikin products.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, owners, and other project stakeholders.
• Conduct regular project visits and monitor project progress to ensure business opportunities are captured.
• Prepare and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Deliver product presentations and propose suitable HVAC solutions based on customer and project requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and maintain sales activity reports, project pipelines, and market updates on a regular basis.
