Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a PLN & EPC Key Account Sales Engineer to drive growth in Indonesia. You will manage full sales life cycles from opportunity discovery to contract negotiations, working with PLN, EPCs, IPPs, and major industrial clients.

Based on-site in Jakarta, you will collaborate with engineering, project management, and production teams to deliver consultative solutions for high-voltage electrical equipment and ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales or sales engineering in electrical equipment manufacturing or EPC.
• Proven experience handling PLN, EPC contractors, IPPs, or large industrial customers.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across PLN, EPC, IPP, industrial estates, mining, and oil & gas.
• Build long-term relationships with project owners, consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.
• Deliver technical presentations and commercial proposals for high-voltage equipment.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and project teams to meet customer requirements.
• Support tender submissions, negotiations, and project documentation.
