Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales or sales engineering experience in electrical equipment manufacturing, transformers, EPC, power systems, or related industries.
• Strong English proficiency; willingness to train in Cikarang before Jakarta deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and manage key accounts across PLN, EPC contractors, IPPs, industrial estates, mining, and oil & gas sectors.
• Deliver technical presentations, prepare commercial proposals, and recommend suitable high‑voltage equipment solutions based on project requirements.
• Monitor project pipelines, tenders, procurement activities, and upcoming opportunities in power transmission and distribution.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, and project management to meet customer requirements throughout execution.
• Support tender submissions, negotiations, project documentation, and post‑sales activities while ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Conduct regular client visits, site meetings, and industry networking to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities.
